Forms of payment
The forms of payment accepted by Boutique Des Corsets are the following:
PAYPAL: With the PAYPAL payment system, the customer can use his own Paypal account. Boutique Des Corsets reserves the right to ship the goods only to the address indicated on the account verified by Paypal.
CASH ON DELIVERY: Payment using the cash on delivery method has an additional cost of €6.80 and can only be chosen for shipments to Italy.
TRANSFER: the purpose of the bank transfer must include the order reference number.

In case of payment by advance bank transfer, the order, even if accepted, will be executed by Boutique Des Corsets s.r.l. only after the amount has been credited to your c/c.

The prices published on the site, the payments, and the invoices of the orders are in Euros.
Orders
Reserved Area
Registered Customers, by accessing their reserved area within the Boutique Des Corsets portal, will be able to check the progress of their orders, send an e-mail to request information from Customer Service, to request news and additional information.
Shipments
Boutique Des Corsets carries out shipments in Italy, only with reliable services offered by some Express Couriers. Currently the courier used is MBE. All shipments are accompanied by a regular invoice showing the amounts of the individual items in Euros. For sale items, the invoice shows the discounted amounts. Boutique Des Corsets does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Shipment tracking
All shipments in Italy are traceable. At the time of shipment, the customer will be provided with the name of the courier used and the tracking number, so that he can follow the progress of his shipment. Our shipments are all "express": this means that orders received by 10:30 are, in fact, delivered to the courier on the same day. Orders received after 10.30am are delivered the next day. However, on days of high traffic of orders received (start of sales, or holidays), this timing could be delayed.
Delivery of the order
All Customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with Boutique Des Corsets s.r.l. undertaking to accept the delivery of your package. If the package is not delivered for reasons depending on the customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses delivery, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.
Upon delivery, Customers are invited to carefully inspect the package BEFORE signing for delivery of the shipment. If for any reason the package should appear tampered with or not intact, Customers are asked to sign the receipt with reserve, or to refuse it. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, Customers are requested to immediately report the incident to the courier and contact Boutique Des Corsets customer service.
Shipping documents
As regulated by International Trade laws, all shipments made by Boutique Des Corsets are accompanied by an official invoice indicating the value of the individual items in Euros.
Delivery time
Orders are shipped from Boutique Des Corsets based in Palermo, Sicily, Italy from Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 17:00. Orders placed on Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning.

Delivery is approximately expected within 3/5 working days from the time of shipment
Boutique Des Corsets is in no way responsible for any delays due to force majeure.
We also wish to point out that any bank checks regarding the transactions carried out could lead to delays in delivery times.
As soon as the payment is authorized (in case of payment by Paypal) or as soon as the transfer amount will be materially credited to our current account at our bank (in case of payment by bank transfer) and the items will be available, the orders will be escaped in the shortest possible time.
For available items, shipping will be immediate. Boutique Des Corsets reserves the right to delay the shipment if events due to force majeure occur.

Boutique Des Corsets declines all responsibility regarding the possibility that, due to a particular configuration of the device used by the Customer or its incorrect use, the display of the products on the site may present slight chromatic differences compared to the original ones.
The images contained on the Boutique Des Corsets website are the property of Boutique Des Corsets s.r.l.. Any use of these images, not authorized by written consent from Boutique Des Corsets, will be prosecuted according to the law.
Availability of products
The Boutique Des Corsets website is connected in real time to the internal WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE. Therefore the availability of the products is always truthful. However, the Boutique Des Corsets order office will promptly notify Customers of the unavailability of the items ordered, if for some reason the order cannot be processed (contingent inventory or failure to pass quality controls).

Customers who subscribe to the Boutique Des Corsets newsletter may receive special promotions.
Purchase vouchers
Purchase vouchers can be issued instead of refunds in the event of returned goods and in any other case in which the requested item is not available. Vouchers can only be used once within 90 days of the issue date, for orders equal to or greater than the value of the voucher.

Order processing

Once the order has been placed, no additional costs can be imposed other than those deriving from shipments.
Separate orders will have separate shipping costs. Boutique Des Corsets reserves the right to postpone a shipment if the order is not available due to force majeure. We also remind you that during the sales periods, there may be delays in the delivery of the products.
End customer
Boutique Des Corsets on this site, offers a service exclusively aimed at the final consumer, to whom all the products on sale on the site are intended.
"Final consumer" means a natural person who purchases for purposes unrelated to his business or professional activity, if any.
Therefore, Boutique Des Corsets reserves the right not to process orders from subjects other than the Final Consumer or in any case orders that do not comply with these Conditions.

Italian law

Returns Instructions on the right of withdrawal, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 21/2014, art.49, paragraph 4. Boutique Des Corsets wishes to guarantee your complete satisfaction. If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return one or more items - unused - within 14 days of the delivery date. To exercise the right of withdrawal, Customers must comply with the conditions set out below: We urge you to take particular care in trying on the purchased item, because items that will have the original hanging tags missing or damaged will be considered irreparably depreciated and unsaleable and, therefore, with a value equal to zero euros. Follow the instructions listed below to return the package and receive a refund as soon as possible. ITEMS NOT WORN, WASHED OR ALTERED (the soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and not show any signs of use).
The original Boutique Des Corsets LABEL must not be removed from the item for any reason. The garments must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use. All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the only external packaging. Returns must be sent back inside the Boutique Des Corsets box. If you no longer have the original packaging, use suitable packaging that provides sufficient protection against transport damage. NB: The return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. 1. To request return authorization, the Customer must send a request to ecommerce@boutiquedescorsets.it within 14 days of the delivery date. The e-mail must specify the codes of the items to be returned and the type of compensation requested: size change, Boutique Des Corsets Credit, or refund. The package containing the return must be received at our warehouses (Send to the following address: Boutique Des Corsets s.r.l. – Viale Marchese di Villabianca n° 106/112 – 90143 Palermo, PA) within 15 days from the date of your shipment. Therefore - in order to avoid that, at your own risk, it gets lost or accumulated a considerable delay - we suggest that you use an express courier and that you insure the shipment.
ATTENTION: the package containing the return travels at your cost and at your risk and, therefore, we cannot be responsible for any loss, damage due to bad packaging, delay in delivery to our warehouses. ATTENTION: if even just one of these conditions is not respected, Boutique Des Corsets will not be able to accept your return and the package will be rejected or the items will be sent back to you at your expense. If the Customer receives defective goods, or in the event that errors occur in shipments by Boutique Des Corsets, it will be necessary to follow the same instructions given above. Boutique Des Corsets reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and to bear the shipping costs for returning the goods to its premises. Boutique Des Corsets reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns. Boutique Des Corsets if even just one of these conditions is not met, Boutique Des Corsets will not be able to accept your return and the package will be rejected or the items will be sent back to you at your expense. Exchange and refund policy Pursuant to and by effect of articles 64 et seq. Legislative Decree no. 206/05 the Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal, without any penalty and without specifying the reason. The term established by Italian law is 14 days. Returned items will be inspected by Boutique Des Corsets, in order to verify compliance with the terms and conditions set out in the return policy. Boutique Des Corsets reserves the right to establish a re-stocking cost according to the condition of the returned item. In the event that the return is authorized because it complies with the conditions and terms of the policy, the Customer will receive a confirmation of the authorization to his email address. The authorized size change is guaranteed to the customer free of charge. In the event of a refund request by the Customer, the refund will be made by bank transfer credit (if you paid by bank transfer or cash on delivery) or Paypal credit (if you paid with Paypal). Within 14 days of receiving the goods, we will refund the amount spent, using the same payment method chosen for the purchase. In the case of cash on delivery or bank transfer payments, you will be asked to communicate your IBAN code and the account holder.
